Your Role And Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a tenured member of the Real Estate function in the given geography/specialized area who owns a specific area of responsibility/topic within the function. Each day, you will improve efficiency, performance, and cost-effective service delivery, by analyzing and proposing the plan of actions for the function. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the systems implementation/upgrade in your area of functional responsibility.

you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
- Participating in defining, implementing, and continuously improving processes, procedures, and action plans, ensuring alignment with Group guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Recommending, developing, and supporting the implementation of special initiatives within the relevant functional area, including real estate–related programs.
- Ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date maintenance of ABB-owned/leased/rented property databases;
identifies project scope, conducts risk and cost assessments, and prepares project timelines while overseeing the architectural and engineering design process.
- Managing the entire bidding process, organizing tender documentation, responding to pre‑bid inquiries, evaluating proposals, making recommendations, and defining negotiation strategies.
