While our operations team handles system stability, the GTM Engineer will be the technical driving force behind our lead acquisition.
We are looking for a GTM Engineer to join our centralized Operations team in Milan. This is a unique hybrid role—halfway between a marketer and a technician—focused on pure building, execution, and automation. You will be the absolute owner of our outbound infrastructure, turning data extraction, enrichment, and outreach into a scalable, high-performing pipeline machine.
Pipeline Generation & Automation: Set up, maintain, and optimize scraping scripts, data enrichment processes, and automated messaging campaigns (LinkedIn/Email) to constantly feed the sales pipeline.
CRM Integration & Funnel Management: Integrate your automation flows seamlessly with our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring a clean, reliable, and automated data flow from external channels directly to our sales reps
