Your Responsibilities * Own and drive end-to-end system integration activities for the power conversion subsystem, ensuring stable and reliable system performance. * Perform hands‐on HW/SW and firmware integration on real hardware platforms, actively debugging and resolving complex system‐level issues. * Lead bring‐up activities for new hardware revisions and prototypes, identifying issues early and providing structured feedback to R&D; and NPI teams. * Act as the technical escalation point for integration challenges involving embedded software, firmware, hardware interfaces, communication protocols, timing, synchronization, and power electronics behavior. * Own root cause analysis and drive resolution of system integration issues through close collaboration with software, firmware, and hardware teams. * Manage and continuously improve integration environments, test benches, tools, workflows, and traceability processes to maximize efficiency and quality. * Support system‐level validation and release readiness by assessing integration status, identifying risks,



and communicating progress and limitations to key stakeholders. Your Background * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related technical field. * 8+ years of experience in embedded systems, system integration, power electronics, or related environments. * Strong hands‐on experience with embedded software, RTOS and/or Linux-based systems. * Proven expertise in HW/SW integration, system‐level debugging, and troubleshooting of complex multidisciplinary systems. * Experience working with prototypes, early hardware development phases, and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities. * Solid understanding of power electronics, control systems, communication interfaces, and real‐time constraints; experience in EV charging or other high‐power systems is a strong advantage. * Strong ownership mindset, analytical problem‐solving skills, and the ability to effectively c
