Are you looking for your first professional experience in an international company?
We are looking for a Junior Operations Specialist to join our team in Castelazzo Bormida. This is a great opportunity to learn step by step, develop practical skills, and gain hands-on experience in customer management, logistics, and operations.
No previous experience is required - we will train you from the beginning.
You will work closely with experienced colleagues and receive structured training, allowing you to progressively take ownership of your responsibilities.
Responsibilities
During your first months, you will learn how to:
- Support the preparation of sales quotations- Manage and follow up on customer orders and deliveries
- Assist with shipments and basic warehouse operations (packing, preparation of goods, etc.)
- Work with the internal company system (ERP - training provided)
- Support the sales team with operational and administrative tasks
- Perform other daily support activities within the team
Your responsibilities will grow as you gain experience.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Economics, Science or similar is a plus, but not mandatory
- Fluent Italian + good English level (B2 minimum)
- Curious, proactive and willing to learn
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Team player with a positive attitude
Previous experience or knowledge of SAP is not required
