Provide remote technical support from the office to customers, service partners, and field technicians through written case handling and live troubleshooting calls Diagnose and resolve issues on Hyperchargers using remote diagnostic tools, system logs, and technical documentation Guide on-site technicians remotely during troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities Manage and prioritize technical cases according to customer impact and defined Service Level Agreements Ensure accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and appropriate escalation of unresolved issues Collaborate with internal teams to improve troubleshooting procedures and service quality Your Qualifications & Skills Technical education or relevant experience in technical support, maintenance, field service, or a comparable technical role Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
