Your Day-to-day Activities Define, map, and assign commercial territories for the Food Service channel, ensuring efficient market coverage Supports process improvement activities by conducting a comprehensive analysis on sales and commercial processes and identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies Gathers and processes data for KPIs and metrics to measure sales and commercial processes performance, preparing reports for review by the management Actively support the modernization and digitalization of the BU's information flows, collaborating on the development and optimization of BI dashboards Coordinate the release and adoption phases of the new commercial model,
