The role is based at our Innovation Center in Turin. The Packaging & Promotional Materials Compliance Manager is a key contributor to the product development process, responsible for defining Food Safety and regulatory compliance requirements for packaging and promotional materials. Define Food Safety compliance requirements, acceptance criteria, testing protocols, and validation methodologies for packaging and promotional materials Ensure compliance with global Food Contact Materials regulations throughout the product lifecycle Collaborate with R&D;, Quality, Procurement, Legal,



and Operations to assess compliance feasibility and regulatory risks during the product development process Support innovation projects by evaluating new materials and identifying potential food safety, regulatory, and compliance risks at an early stage Review and approve Declarations of Compliance and technical documentation required to demonstrate regulatory compliance Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in packaging compliance, food contact materials, food safety, or regulatory affairs, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry Strong knowledge of global Food Contact Materials (FCM) regulations and packaging legislation Solid understanding of packaging materials and manufacturing processes, including plastics, flexible packaging, paper, aluminium, and other food contact materials Fluency in both English and Italian Comprehensive welfar
