We are looking for an experienced Luxury Travel Sales Executive
with exceptional knowledge of Italy, strong commercial instincts and previous experience within a
luxury tailor-made sales environment
.
The primary focus of this role is
converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
by understanding the client's requirements and creating highly personalised, inspiring and commercially strong travel proposals.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Enquiry Conversion
- Manage incoming enquiries from travel advisors, agencies and direct clients.
- Respond promptly and professionally to new sales opportunities.
- Understand each client's travel style, interests, expectations, preferences and budget.
- Recommend the most suitable destinations, hotels and experiences based on the client's individual requirements.
- Create compelling,
tailored luxury travel proposals designed to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up proactively with clients and travel advisors throughout the sales process.
- Manage amendments, questions and objections confidently.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and travel advisors to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Maintain a strong focus on conversion, revenue and profitability.
Tailor-Made Itinerary Design
- Design creative and seamless luxury itineraries throughout Italy.
- Build journeys around the client's individual brief rather than relying on standard or generic itineraries.
- Recommend appropriate luxury hotels, villas, private guides, experiences, restaurants, transfers, boats and other services.
- Advise clients on the best combination of destinations based on season, logistics and travel style.
- Ensure each proposal balances creativity, practicality, client expectations and budget.
- Present Italy in a way that feels auth
