About the Role

Webmentix GmbH is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Delivery Manager (CDM) to oversee our SAP managed services, cloud operations, and digital transformation initiatives in the Italian market. In this key customer-facing role, you will act as the vital bridge between our global clients, technical delivery teams, architects, and operations units.

You will be accountable for managing customer expectations, driving service performance, handling governance, and ensuring exceptional business outcomes from transition and migration phases through steady-state operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian enterprise clients, building strong executive-level relationships and driving high customer satisfaction (CSAT).




- Service Delivery Governance: Ensure all SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments are strictly met while monitoring operational metrics and service quality.
- SAP & Cloud Delivery Oversight: Coordinate delivery teams across SAP solutions, managed services, cloud migrations, RISE with SAP, and SAP S/4HANA initiatives.
- Risk & Escalation Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams to quickly resolve service issues, mitigate operational risks, and manage escalations.
- Commercial Alignment: Track delivery execution and scope changes while supporting account growth through value realization and ongoing client alignment.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead distributed virtual teams to drive operational excellence, process automation, and best-practice adoption.

Required Skills and Experience

Primary Skills:
- Language: Professional fluency in Italian (mandatory) alongside strong English communication ski
