including inbound (goods receipt, putaway), outbound (picking, packing, shipping) and internal warehouse movements + Produce user guides, process documentation, quick reference cards, and presentation materials + Define role‐based learning paths for warehouse operators, supervisors, and key users* Training delivery & user enablement + Deliver instructor‐led and virtual training sessions for warehouse and supply chain teams + Lead train‐the‐trainer initiatives and key user enablement programs + Facilitate workshops during SAP rollouts, upgrades or process changes + Serve as a liaison between SAP functional teams and business users to ensure training aligns with operational needs* SAP process translation & adoption + Translate EWM configuration and processes into user‐friendly procedures and job aids + Support user adoption efforts during implementations and system enhancements + Collaborate with functional consultant
