About the role




A senior professional with a strong engineering background and proven experience in managing complex hardware products, responsible for building and structuring the company's Product Management function.
Requirements
- Establishment of the Product Management function from the ground up.
- Management and development of complex hardware products.
- Ability to integrate customer needs, technical feasibility, and financial sustainability.
- Coordination of commercial, production, and organisational perspectives.
- Ability to balance market requirements with the company's technical and operational capabilities.
- Cross-functional collaboration with the CEO, C-level executives, and key business functions.
- Ability to identify strategic priorities and define non-negotiable requirements.
- Systems thinking.
- Ability to foster alignment across the C-suite and different business functions.
- Ability to manage trade-offs effectively.
