Your Impact
- You provide technical leadership for Intermedix (and the closely related KONA/Atlas portfolio), driving the technical roadmap together with the local product organisation.
- You guide a cross-functional team, raise the technical bar, and align architecture, quality and delivery practices with our group-wide standards.
- You drive AI-native product evolution — designing agents, skills and workflows that improve clinician and patient experience.
- You act as the bridge between the Italian team and the wider AIS DE engineering organisation, ensuring strong collaboration, knowledge sharing and consistency.
- You coach and mentor engineers, building a strong,



proactive engineering culture.

Your Profile
- Several years of senior-level engineering experience in modern web/SaaS applications, with proven technical leadership.
- Solid command of modern web stacks and cloud/DevOps practices.
- Effective use of AI in software engineering; hands‑on experience with Claude Code (agents, skills, workflows) is preferred; AI pipelines, harnesses and context engineering are a strong plus.
- Strong problem solving, innovation, proactivity, healthcare-purpose alignment and entrepreneurship.
- Fluent English; preferably based in Italy. German appreciated
