Position Summary





The Quality Operations Manager is responsible for leading all operational quality activities within the aluminum foundry, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, internal standards, and automotive quality systems.

The role has direct responsibility for Product Audits, Process Audits, the Metallurgical Laboratory, and the Metrology Laboratory, ensuring product conformity, process capability, and the reliability of quality control systems.

The position acts as a key interface between Quality, Production, Foundry Operations, Engineering, and Customers, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the plant.
