In this role, you willcollaborate with sales teams, operators , and internal stakeholders to design, propose,and support technical solutions for fiber home gateway products
You will play a keyrole in understanding customer needs, providing technical expertise, and developing the roadmap ofFiber home gateway solutions .
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Consultation: Provide in-depth technical consultation tocustomers and sales teams onFiberconnectivity home gatewaysolutions, including FTTH (Fiberto the Home), FTTB (Fiberto the Building) .
- Solution Design: DevelopcustomizedFiberhome gateway solutions based on customerrequirements, taking into consideration technical feasibility, cost, anddeployment timelines.
- Proposal Development:



Workclosely with sales teams to create detailed technical proposals, presentations,and documentation that address customer needs and outline solution advantages,benefits.
- Product Expertise:Maintain in-depth knowledge ofFiberoptic & Wi‐Fi technologies,products, and services, staying up to date with industry trends, standards, andbest practices.
- Customer Support: Engagewith customers during the pre‐sales process, conducting technical discussions,presentations, and product demonstrations..
- Collaboratewith internal engineering and customer's product team to ensure the technicalfeasibility and integration of proposed solutions.
- RFP/RFQ Support: Assist inresponding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs)by providing accurate technical inputs and documentation..
