Scorra verso il basso per scoprire quali competenze, esperienze e titoli di studio sono necessari.The Sales Manager is a highly technical, consultative selling professional tasked with growing the company's engineered solutions business – primary and not exhaustive to Controls and Engineered Solutions, Redesigns, Modernization and Revamps, across turbomachinery and rotating equipment needs. This role requires deep technical knowledge, industry-specific application insight, and the ability to align SSE's engineered solutions with customer performance, reliability, and efficiency goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new and existing customer opportunities for controls, upgrades and retrofit projects across industrial markets.
- Own the full opportunity lifecycle from early customer engagement and technical discovery through commercial negotiation, contract award, and transition to execution.




- Lead customer engagement through technical discovery, asset assessments, scope definition, and opportunity qualification.
- Collaborate with engineering and controls teams to develop integrated solutions involving mechanical repairs, refurbishments, and reengineering; control system upgrades (PLC, DCS, HMI, instrumentation, automation integration); and reliability, efficiency, and emissions-improvement initiatives.
- Develop compelling value propositions that align engineered solutions with customer performance, availability, lifecycle cost, commercial value, and compliance objectives.
- Prepare detailed, customized technical and commercial proposals and presentations.
- Serve as liaison between customers, engineering, field services, and operations departments to ensure technical alignment from proposal through execution.
