Area of responsibilityThe Senior Project Manager leads and delivers complex, cross-functional projects for the development of LED Modules and customized Light Engines for professional lighting applications. The role is fully accountable for end-to-end project success, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality targets. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Senior Project Manager drives business performance and customer satisfaction, manages risks and governance, leads multi-project programs, influences portfolio priorities and organizational processes, and enables data-driven decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
