Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Outbound Sales Development Representative role. The person in this role will engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails,



and social outreach to generate qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, identifying decision-makers, building prospect lists, and conducting structured outreach to introduce WiseLex BPO Solutions’ services. The role involves nurturing relationships, following up on inbound inquiries, updating CRM systems with accurate contact and activity information, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to align outreach messaging. The representative will meet activity and conversion targets, provide feedback on market trends, and contribute to continuous improvement of lead generation strategies.
