Strategist / Business and Innovation Consultant (Junior/Senior)

For our strategy and consulting practice (mainly in South Tyrol), we are looking for a Strategist and Business and Innovation Consultant who helps companies sharpen their business model, digitalise the way they work and turn strategy into measurable results. We hire on two levels: junior with 1+ years and senior with 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, innovation management, business development or a comparable agency or corporate role. We accept applications for full and tempo parziale, on-site / partly remote collaborations at our studios in Bolzano-Bozen and Bruneck-Brunico. The role can be filled as a permanent employment or as a freelance collaboration.

What will you be doing:
- You will run and support strategy engagements end to end: business model analysis and development, value proposition, business strategy, market-, competitor- and target group- analysis, requirements analysis, corporate structure and corporate culture.




- You will guide small and mid-sized companies through their digital transformation: organisational and business model upgrades, web presence and e-commerce, social media and digital communication models, tech stack and software selection, process automation and AI-supported workflows.
- You will design and facilitate workshops, coaching and tutoring formats for owners, management and employees, so that knowledge transfer is part of every mandate and not an afterthought.
- You will turn analysis into deliverables: strategy papers, roadmaps, project plans, KPI frameworks, dashboards and offers, always supported by our team of experts.
- You will prepare and document publicly co-funded consulting mandates, including day and hour breakdowns with unit prices, and support our public procurement submissions.
