What you'll do
- Assume complete responsibility for the business outcomes of a select group of top restaurant partners in Florence.
- Build and sustain trust-based relationships that facilitate the strategic development of your partners.
- Assess partner goals and challenges to offer data-driven recommendations that enhance their business performance.
- Utilize performance metrics to boost profitability for both the restaurant partners and the Glovo platform.
- Create and execute long-term strategies for the city that encompass advertising, promotions, operations, and growth initiatives.




- Collaborate with various departments including marketing, operations, corporate, and customer service to provide customized solutions for partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, showcasing the impact of your strategies and initiatives.
- Engage in regular feedback sessions with partners to ensure their needs are met and to identify areas for further collaboration.
- Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing partner satisfaction and loyalty through innovative solutions and support.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in account management and business development.
- Actively contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions, sharing insights and best practices to foster a collaborative work environment.
