To support our Studio team in Milan, we are looking for a motivated Catalog Specialist @NET-A-PORTER @MR PORTER

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Enter and manage technical specifications and key product information on a
daily basis
- Serve as the main point of contact for external stakeholders, requesting and
following up on missing technical details and product specifications
- Support the Senior Catalog Specialist with product planning and task
coordination
- Act as the first point of escalation for the team, helping to resolve day-to-day
technical, system, or information-related issues
- Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on product data to ensure accuracy,
ToV alignment, and legal compliance before go-live
- Take ownership of updating resources for the Product Copy and Catalog teams, including maintaining and adapting guidelines and documentation as needed
- Ensure clothing racks, trolleys, and studio spaces remain organized and
efficient for everyday use
WHO YOU ARE
- 2-3 years of experience in catalog management; experience within fashion,
design, or e-commerce is a plus
- Solid understanding of fash
