As Principal in Oliver Wyman’s Energy & Natural Resources practice in Milan, you will lead transformational engagements for C-suite clients, shaping portfolio strategy and energy transition initiatives. You work closely with Partners to grow the Italian ENR footprint, combining deep sector expertise with problem solving and commercial leadership. You’ll guide multi-disciplinary teams, develop business opportunities, and contribute to the firm’s market position through thought leadership. - 8-10 years of relevant experience in top-tier strategy consulting or equivalent advisory environment
- Demonstrated ENR sector expertise (utilities, power & gas, energy infrastructure, private capital)
- Track record leading complex strategy and transformation projects
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, shape propositions, and support business development
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing, diverse teams
- Outstanding analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
