As a General Manager you are responsible for leading and supporting your team on a daily basis and ensure the successful operation of the hotel. Be responsible for the P&L; of the hotel and oversee the daily operations.
Plan and supervise the activities of an extensive and diverse workforce, to ensure the smooth and profitable running of the business.
Be a strong and professional business leader, ensuring that hotel team members work as a well-functioning team.
Operate the hotel in a manner that represents the brand standards and exceed guest expectations.
