Job RoleThe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Italy Operations is a senior executive leadership position responsible for overseeing the full financial management and strategic finance governance of the company's manufacturing and operational activities in Italy. The role will lead budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, cost optimization, tax planning, risk management, treasury operations,



and multinational financial coordination between local operations and global headquarters.
This position requires a highly experienced finance executive capable of operating within a complex multinational manufacturing environment while strengthening internal controls, financial governance systems, and enterprise-wide compliance frameworks. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting business expansion initiatives, operational scalability, and strategic financial decision-making across international operations.
