We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead an upscale Italian fine dining concept located within a prestigious 5-star luxury property in Dubai. This role is ideal for a dynamic hospitality professional who thrives in a luxury environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service standards aligned with luxury hospitality benchmarks
- Deliver an exceptional guest dining experience, maintaining the highest levels of service quality and guest satisfaction
- Manage and lead a diverse team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and motivation
- Maintain strict quality control of food, beverage, and service standards
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure authentic Italian cuisine offerings and menu excellence
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, upselling,



and cost control initiatives
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, P&L;, and cost management
- Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, health & safety standards
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution
- Build strong relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and repeat business

Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in fine dining or luxury hospitality environments
- Proven experience in Italian cuisine concepts is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials and cost control
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment
- Strong knowledge of Italian dining service styles, cuisine, and culture is advantageous
