We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven professional to lead the growth of one of the brands within our group, operating in the events industry.
This is a strategic and highly entrepreneurial role for someone who combines a strong understanding of the events and hospitality sectors with excellent sales, networking and partnership-building skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the brand’s presence, developing new business opportunities and building valuable relationships with venues, hospitality partners, wedding professionals and international clients.
We are not simply looking for someone to manage an existing brand. We are looking for someone who can represent it, strengthen its positioning and actively create new opportunities for growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement the brand’s commercial growth strategy.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential clients and target markets.
- Build and manage relationships with villas, castles, hotels, resorts and exclusive event venues throughout Tuscany.




- Develop strategic partnerships within the events, weddings, hospitality and travel industries.
- Generate new leads and manage the sales process from initial contact through to agreement.
- Present the brand and its services to potential clients, venues and commercial partners.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership opportunities.
- Strengthen the brand’s international positioning within the events market.
- Attend meetings, venue inspections, industry events, networking opportunities and trade fairs.
- Monitor leads, conversions, sales activity and commercial performance.
- Support the continued growth and development of the brand’s venue and partner portfolio.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Proven professional experience within the events, wedding, hospitality, tourism or related industries.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, brand management, account management or strategic partner
