Our client, a leading international company operating in the Trade Fair Business, is currently looking for the: Areas of responsibilities * Manage full country operations and hold complete P&L; and personnel responsibility * Steer, execute, and optimize exhibition activities at both local and international levels * Deliver regular reporting to the holding company and prepare executive documentation for shareholder meetings * Oversee the preparation of the strategic business plan, annual budgets, and year-end closings * Drive new business development and spearhead local M&A; activities to expand the companys footprint Requirements * Degree * Minimum of 5 years of proven experience within the trade fair / exhibition industry * Strong background in sales, trade fair organization, and sales representative management * Proven track record in staff management, team motivation, and leadership * Strong entrepreneurial thinking, decisive judgment, and high strategic capabilities * Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills * Fluency in English and German is mandatory; knowledge of Italian is considered a strong plus * Desire and motivation for a long-term professional engagement #J-18808-Ljbffr
