Director - Contract Global Recruitment at Leap 29

My Client is a large international EPCM who are working on a project in Libya. Due to expansion, the Client is searching for a Telecoms Engineer for a 12‑month renewable contract to be based in Milan, Italy where the Feed stage is being executed.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a specific discipline
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of offshore experience
- Experience in design, engineering and construction projects

Responsibilities
- Review Telecoms system, technical specifications, data sheets and drawings
- Ensure drawings meet industry standards
- Prepare Telecom equipment material requisitions and technical bid evaluations
- Prepare FATs and supervise installation and commissioning
- Troubleshoot and support plant operations with system upgrades and configuration changes
- Maintain telecom documentation including network diagrams
- Be familiar with PAGA, CCTV, IP networking, fibre optics and structured cabling
