The Country Lead is responsible for building long term partnerships with Greek clients and agencies, and to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within Tik Tok. The Country Lead will manage a team consisting of Brand Partnership Managers, Client Solutions Managers and Agency Partnership Managers. Identify new business opportunities to partner with Tik Tok Lead and grow local and global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions Help deepen penetration in the market Be instrumental in the external narrative of Tik Tok in the market Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships Analyse campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimised media solutions Drive growth for the advertising business in the country Work with the international leadership committee to design and implement sales and growth strategy Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the balance of both revenue and user growth by introducing constructive fact-based proposals Responsible for people management including recrui
