You'll be responsible for maintaining clear and continuous communication across HQ functions, local markets and external partners, ensuring alignment from planning through post-event reporting.You'll work closely with the Head of Events to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow . More specifically you will:



* Lead assigned event workstreams from project kick-off through post-event reporting. * Translate approved strategic and creative briefs into detailed execution plans. * Define project timelines, milestones, responsibilities and critical path. * Ensure execution is fully aligned with the approved brief, brand standards and event guidelines. * Own project governance and coordinate approval processes. * Partner with other Event Managers on shared projects, ensuring full alignment on planning, governance, Critical Path, budget management and resource allocation. * Monitor budgets, forecasts and resource allocation, identifying risks and corrective actions. * Coordinate and supervise Event Producers, production agencies, suppliers, freelancers and local market teams. * Act as the primary liaison between HQ, local markets and external partners. * Ensure consistent communication and information flow acro
