Position Overview Director of Finance to lead all financial operations for the resort, marina, spa, food & beverage outlets, and associated revenue‐generating departments. Report directly to the General Manager and partner closely with regional and corporate leadership, providing financial stewardship, operational support, and strategic guidance to maximize profitability, ensure compliance, and protect resort assets. Key Responsibilities Serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, providing financial analysis and strategic recommendations. Develop and execute annual operating budgets, capital budgets, and long‐range financial plans. Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiencies. Prepare monthly forecasts,



variance analyses, and management reports. Present financial results and business insights to ownership, asset management, and corporate leadership. Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, income audit, cash management, and financial reporting. Ensure accurate and timely month‐end and year‐end close processes. Maintain compliance with GAAP and company accounting standards. Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital requirements. Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements. Monitor performance across lodging, marina operations, food & beverage outlets, spa services, retail, and recreational amenities. Analyze departmental revenues, labor costs, and operating expenses.
