Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat
- Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely, professional manner
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
- Document interactions and update customer records in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues when required
Full Relocation Bonus
For candidates moving from outside of Continental Portugal: Bureaucratic support to get the NIF and NISS. Assistance in finding a house according to the needs of the candidate. Relocation bonus of 2500€ (gross) paid with the first payroll cycle – €1500 Gross offered to support candidates within Portugal (100Km away from Lisbon or more).

Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are native or fluent in one European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Nordic languages, etc.)
- Have basic to intermediate English skills (B1 or higher)
- Are available to relocate to Lisbon for a minimum of 12 months
- Are customer-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
- Are open to working in an international, structured environment
No previous customer service experience required – full training is provided.
