Implement established workflows and adhere to standard operating procedures to effectively address user concerns.
Provide assistance across multiple platforms, including social media, direct messaging, and both inbound and outbound phone calls.




Collaborate closely with your team lead and the quality assurance department to manage escalated cases and uphold high service standards.
Participate in a comprehensive 17-day onboarding training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Engage in continuous learning through mentorship with a designated buddy, ensuring ongoing professional development.
