- Support client leaders and other team members in complex projects management.
- Work together with EFESO and Client team to reach project targets and customer satisfaction.
- Carry out analyses and executive documents to support projects' delivery and proposal drafting.

Education levelAt least Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
ExperienceFrom 1 to 3 years of experience, best if in management consulting or in operations related topics (manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, R&D; ...).
Basic skillsBasics of Economics & Financials, Lean & Operational Excellence methodologies (e.g. six sigma, VSM, ...).
IT skillsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package, proficiency in advanced analytics tools (e.g.



Office Power BI, Tableau). Minitab, Python, SAS would be considered a plus.
Personal skillsProactivity, flexibility, leadership, goal orientation, curiosity, team working attitude, relational capabilities, creative thinking and originality, ...
CertificationsEnglish (IELTS>7.0, Cambridge CAE or equivalent), other languages knowledge will considered a plus as GMAT or similar.
