It is a high‐impact orchestration role requiring commercial intelligence, rigor, speed, strong writing capability, and the confidence to drive multiple stakeholders toward a winning proposal.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate end‐to‐end bid processes for strategic Telco opportunities
- Work closely with Business Managers, Solution Architects, delivery stakeholders and leadership to structure competitive responses
- Drive bid governance, timelines, workstreams and deliverable quality
- Support bid qualification and bid / no‐bid process
- Translate client needs into coherent proposal structures and win‐oriented narratives
- Ensure consistency across technical, commercial, operational and financial proposal components




- Improve the quality of executive writing, value proposition articulation and overall proposal packaging
- Support to create repeatable bid assets, templates and working methods for complex Telco opportunities
- Contribute to competitive positioning and response strategy
- Support cost logic and collaboration with finance / controlling where needed
- Act as a quality gate on proposal clarity, coherence and competitiveness

Technical / Professional RequirementsMust‐have
