The successful candidate will act as the technical and hierarchical reference for a small multidisciplinary team within a larger organizational structure, ensuring the delivery and continuous improvement of high-fidelity simulation solutions for engineering purposes. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and lead the activities related to the development, integration, and maintenance of a rotary-wing flight simulator . * Act as technical leader and hierarchical manager for a small team,



ensuring alignment with program objectives and company standards. * Contribute directly to the development of simulation software , including models, tools, and supporting applications. * Define, develop, and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICD) and technical specifications for simulator subsystems. * Manage and coordinate internal and external suppliers , overseeing software and hardware development activities, technical compliance, planning, and deliverables. * Interface with other departments (engineering, training, IT...) within a larger organizational structure . * Support simulator validation, qualification, and acceptance activities. * Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and problem-solving within the team. Required Experience and Qualifications * Exper/Senior - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the flight simulation domain, preferably on rotary-wing (helicopter) simulators ; 10+
