About the role SumUp is on the lookout for self‐motivated commercial agents and business scouts to enhance our payment solutions network throughout Calabria. This position involves field‐based sales activities aimed at acquiring local merchants, restaurants, and service providers by managing specific territories directly.

What you'll do - Take charge of your own schedule and territory, visiting local businesses and professionals to promote our services.
- Actively seek out and engage potential clients through direct outreach, local networking events, and referrals.
- Present SumUp's payment solutions, highlighting advantages such as user‐friendliness, quick activation, and operational efficiency.
- Assist clients through the digital activation journey, from the initial contact to the final setup of their payment solutions.




- Utilize the Sidekick digital tool to log sales opportunities and track follow‐up activities.
- Foster ongoing relationships with acquired clients to ensure recurring revenue and generate new referrals.
- Manage qualified appointments provided by the internal Sales Development Representative (SDR) team when they are available.
- Collaborate with local businesses to understand their needs and tailor solutions that best fit their operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position SumUp's solutions.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Report on sales activities and market feedback to help refine strategies and improve service offerings.
- Work towards achieving personal sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team.
