As our Hair Care Global Events Manager , you will support the Head of Events & Hospitality in inspiring our clients by offering unique, long-term sustainable and unforgettable experiences, aimed at nurturing a sense of belonging and strengthening Davines brand positioning.




Lead the planning and execution of global Hairstylists Education training events, ensuring alignment with business and education objectives
Oversee Hospitality events at Davines Headquarters, delivering memorable and consistent brands experiences
Manage international and regional events from concept development to post-event evaluation
Lead the organization of Corporate events, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
Manage local shows, trade exhibitions and B2C events, ensuring high-quality execution and brand consistency
Define event project plans, timelines, priorities and resource allocation
Monitor and optimize event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency
Track event KPIs and prepare post-event analyses and recommendations for continuous improvement
Fluent in English is mandatory and another language would be a plus
At least 5-7 years of previous experience in Event Management, Organizatio
