We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Lead to join the T&T; Digital Engineering organization of our prestigious client based in the Bologna area. This role combines project management, performance improvement, stakeholder coordination, and operational governance to ensure sustainable T&T; performance and regulatory compliance.Support the execution of global T&T; projects, including regulatory deployments, sourcing changes, portfolio extensions, and manufacturing initiatives;
Monitor T&T; KPIs, including aggregation efficiency, reject rates, empty cases, data quality, and compliance performance;
Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives;
Support governance, reporting, risk management, and project portfolio reviews;
Maintain standards, procedures, training materials, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, IT, or related field;
Minimum 3 yearsof experience in manufacturing and industrial automation;
Experience withKPI management, problem solving,



and performance improvement programs.
Preferred Experience
Track & Trace systems and solutions;
Manufacturing Execution Systems;
Vision systems,coding and marking technologies;
Regulatory compliance and product traceability requirements;
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Working hours: standard daily office schedule (CET 09:00–18:00) with the one-hour lunch break
Duration of the contract: Working setup: 1-2 days/week from home following the client's needs
