The role combines business development, key account management, commercial negotiation, and market strategy. The Sales Manager acts as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the complete sales cycle while coordinating internal resources to ensure successful project execution.
This position requires a commercially driven professional with strong business acumen, experience in infrastructure-related industries, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-growing international environment.
Key Responsibilities Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Build and execute a structured market development strategy
- Develop relationships with CPOs, utilities, energy companies,



fleet operators, EPCs, OEMs, distributors, and strategic infrastructure investors
- Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with regional growth targets

Key Account Management
- Build long‐term relationships with strategic customers and decision makers
- Understand customer business models, investment strategies, and operational requirements
- Lead commercial negotiations from opportunity identification through contract signature
- Ensure high customer satisfaction while maximizing long‐term business potential

Solution Sales
- Develop value‐based commercial proposals combining technical and business benefits
- Understand customer applications and recommend the most suitable AC and DC charging solutions
- Coordinate with Product Management, Technical Sales, Service, and Project Management to deliver customer solutions
- Support tenders and large infrastructure projects fr
