Technical Skills Master degree in computer science, comparable degree or more that 10 years of experience in development
More than 3 years of experience in Android development using Kotlin
Proven experience delivering at least one app with 25,000+ installs
Experience integrating Android apps with SAP or comparable backend systems
Strong knowledge of Git, GitHub, and GitFlow
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Solid understanding of databases and SQL
Languages & Frameworks: Kotlin, Java, Android SDK,



Jetpack (Compose, ViewModel, LiveData, Navigation), Coroutines, Flow
Exposure to/experience with physical access and mobile credential solutions
Experienced in performance, reliability and battery optimization.
Technical UX/UI Implementation: Advanced skills in translating Figma/Sketch designs into pixel-perfect Android interfaces using Jetpack Compose and Material Design, with strong focus on accessibility (TalkBack, scalable fonts, contrast)
Architecture & State Management: MVVM, Clean Architecture, Modularization, Dependency Injection (Hilt/Dagger)
CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Gradle pipelines, Play Store automation (internal, beta, production tracks)
Monitoring & Analytics: Firebase, Crashlytics, Sentry
Collaboration: Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, Code Reviews (Pull Requests)
Documentation: Markdown, API documentation, Confluence
