Live-in Housekeeper Nanny with Childcare Support – Estepona, Málaga (Spain)
A private family living in Estepona, Málaga (Spain), is looking for a reliable, responsible and experienced live-in housekeeper to support the family with household duties and daily assistance with a 5-year-old child.
This is a full-time live-in position, and the selected candidate will live in the family home in Estepona (Spain).
Main Responsibilities
- General cleaning and maintenance of the home.
- Laundry, ironing and organization of clothes and household items.
- Keeping the home tidy, clean and well organized on a daily basis.
- Preparation of simple, healthy meals when required.
- Daily support with a 5‑year‑old child.
- Helping with the child’s routine, preparation, supervision and daily needs.
- Accompanying the family or the child on work‑related or family‑related trips when necessary.
- Driving for work‑related duties when required.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in private family households.




- Previous experience as a live‑in housekeeper or live‑in nanny/housekeeper.
- Experience helping with young children.
- Verifiable references from previous employers.
- Valid driving license and confident driving experience.
- Legal documentation and permission to work in Spain.
- Willingness to relocate to Estepona, Málaga, and live in the family home.
- Organized, discreet, calm, respectful and responsible personality.
- Ability to work independently and follow the family’s household routine.

Preferred Profile
- Mature, responsible and experienced person with a strong background in private family households.
- Previous experience working with international families or high‑level households.
- Good attitude with children.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the family’s privacy.
- English and/or Russian will be considered a strong advantage.
- Spanish will also be considered a plus.
