About the role Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is currently looking for an Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance,



you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial operations, supporting business performance, and maintaining compliance with local and international accounting standards. What you will do Support the Assistant Finance Director in the day-to-day management of financial and accounting operations. Oversee General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and international accounting standards (USALI). Support the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts. Collaborate with Department Heads to monitor and control operating costs. Supervise the financial aspects of contracts and coordinate with the Legal Department on contractual matters, compliance, and risk assessment.
