Head of Sales – Europe & Americas
Define and execute regional sales strategies to grow ABB’s market share, revenue, and profitability across Europe and the Americas




Set regional sales targets, track performance, and drive corrective actions when needed
Lead Regional Sales Managers in EU and Americas; own business performance (LSUs) including order intake, revenue, and margin
Collaborate with Hub Manager and Sales Controller to deliver financial targets
Drive talent development, succession planning, and capability building within the regional sales organization
Optimize regional sales channels and partner with the Sales Enablement Team to improve processes, tools, and productivity
Global Head of Strategic Sales
Develop and communicate a global sales strategy aligned with divisional, business line, and regional goals
Represent sales in the global division management team and Business Area Sales council; act as voice of the customer in strategic and leadership discussions
Lead global market intelligence, competitive analysis, and strategic decision-making
