Your RoleAs a Sales Representative (Outdoor Running) you will drive sustainable growth across a portfolio of wholesale accounts and strengthen Altra's presence within the running and outdoor community.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and growing wholesale accounts across Central & Southern Italy.
- Building strong relationships with retailers and key decision‐makers.
- Delivering seasonal and annual sales targets in line with Country and EMEA strategy.
- Executing the seasonal Go‐To‐Market process, ensuring strong sell‐in and sell‐through.
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving profitable account growth.
- Ensuring excellent brand visibility, merchandising,



and in‐store execution.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities.
- Supporting local marketing activations, retail events, races, demo days, and community initiatives.
- Delivering product and brand training to retail staff and partners.
- Acting as a brand ambassador, strengthening Altra's presence within the running and outdoor community.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or a similar commercial role.
- Experience within the running, outdoor, sporting goods, footwear, or performance apparel industry highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Italian running and outdoor market.
- Proven ability to build long‐term customer relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and results‐oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
