We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist with a strong automotive background to support sourcing activities, supplier management, and project coordination within a dynamic international environment.
Main Responsibilities Manage the procurement of prototype components and related R&D; services.
Coordinate suppliers throughout the sourcing, ordering, and delivery process.
Monitor supplier performance and manage delivery schedules to ensure project milestones are met.
Negotiate timelines and coordinate logistics activities with suppliers and external partners.
Prepare and present procurement status reports, timing updates, and cost summaries.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Project Coordination within the automotive industry.
Solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and logistics coordination.
Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.




Excellent communication skills in Italian and English; German is considered a plus.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
