EF Language Abroad in Milan seeks a Team Lead (CPM Fast Track) to act as the right hand to the Country Product Manager, combining sales excellence with team leadership and operations. This fast-track role targets CPM within about six months for high-potential individuals.
You will own leads, coach a 1–5-member Language Coordinator team, and participate in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic sales planning from day one. Italian and English fluency are required.
