As a Lead Engineer, Product Development & New Technology for Subsea Production
Systems focusing on Subsea XT Systems, you will be accountable for bringing new
products and designs to life from initial customer requirements, conceptual
design, detailed engineering, testing and qualification through to being




approved and delivered to our customers. You will collaborate across multiple
locations, teams and functions to assure engineering requirements are captured,
enabling us to differentiate ourselves with solutions that will help us to
become extremely competitive.

As a Lead Engineer, Product Development & New Technology you will be responsible
for:

* Developing Subsea XT technologies which fit the needs of the customer while
engineering new and proven technologies and solutions.

* Generating new designs, detailed drawings, stack up drawings, bill of
materials, calculations, engineering part information and leading
qualification, system integration testing to meet customer requirements and
industry standards.

* Ensuring scopes are completed within the agreed timeline and budget. You will
be fully accountable to manage the plan, budget, risks, resources and
stakeholder / change management.
