In this role you will help translate Sales & Marketing needs into data-driven solutions and measurable insights. You will support the delivery of data products, reporting, and data integrations within Campari Group's Data & Analytics team. You will collaborate with business, IT, and external partners to ensure data quality, governance, and adoption of analytics solutions. This position sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and business strategy, enabling informed decisions across a global market. You will contribute to a scalable analytics program that underpins commercial performance and growth.

- Support data integration scope definition for Sales & Marketing sources (Nielsen, CRMs, external marketing agencies, enterprise systems)
- Contribute to data modelling by documenting entities, relationships, definitions and use-case requirements
- Support delivery and improvement of Reporting & Analytics solutions (Power BI, Azure pipelines,



Databricks)
- Gather and validate reporting requirements, KPI definitions and analytical perspectives with business stakeholders
- Assist with testing, issue resolution, status updates and adoption of reporting enhancements
- Monitor refresh processes, pipeline execution and reporting availability for data products
- Investigate data quality, refresh and reporting issues, coordinating with technical teams as needed
- Backlog and delivery support for Sales & Marketing data products; translate needs into requirements and acceptance criteria
- Assist onboarding of new data sources and document data flows, ingestion needs and processing logic
- Support reuse of semantic models and curated datasets for advanced analytics and AI-enabled use cases
- Coordinate sessions, documentation, action logs and follow-ups with IT, business teams and partners
- 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI
