In this role, you will design, develop and scale AI-powered solutions that boost productivity and automate knowledge work across Campari Group. You’ll bridge business needs with data and technology to deliver enterprise-ready AI applications, intelligent assistants and autonomous agents. You’ll help build an enterprise-wide AI ecosystem, ensuring secure, reusable and high-impact deployments. This is a hands-on, cross-functional impactful role in a global company.

- Design, develop and deploy Generative AI applications, intelligent assistants and AI agents for business processes
- Translate requirements into scalable AI architectures and reusable components
- Contribute to a standardized, scalable AI application architecture
- Design and implement AI agents capable of multi-step workflows interacting with enterprise systems
- Support autonomous AI solutions that augment employees and automate knowledge work




- Define and implement agent orchestration, reasoning and monitoring frameworks
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, data platforms and collaboration tools
- Collaborate with Data Platform, Enterprise Architecture and Application teams for seamless integration
- Implement AI governance, security controls and monitoring aligned with company standards
- Monitor AI performance and optimize adoption and value realization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and deliver high-value AI use cases
- Industrialize proofs of concept and pilots into production-ready solutions
- Stay updated on AI technologies and promote capability-building across the organization
- Strengthen internal AI engineering capabilities while reducing dependency on external partners
- 5+ years in Software, Data, ML, or AI Engineering roles
- Experience with cloud-based AI ecosystems and modern data platforms
