Offer Description
The project aims to develop an innovative and scientifically robust approach to assessing the safety of historic towers, based on the integration of continuous monitoring and advanced data analysis. The expected impact concerns both methodological advancements and practical applications in cultural heritage conservation,



contributing to more informed, efficient, and preventive management of existing structures.
Specific objectives: Development of data-driven methodologies for the analysis of large datasets derived from long-term monitoring, aimed at extracting reliable indicators of structural behaviour. Definition of systematic criteria for identifying alert and performance thresholds, supporting safety assessment and optimization of monitoring strategies. Investigation of the role of engineering judgement in the interpretation of monitoring data and its integration with advanced analytical tools (big data and artificial intelligence).
